The form you actually need. The Contact form works with fixed fields; in the Form builder you decide what to ask. Quote requests, applications, order enquiries, callback requests or a short survey — you put it together field by field and see in the editor straight away how it will look.
Form builder: custom forms for your website
What can you use it for?
A few common forms you can put together in minutes — field by field, with your own questions.
Quote requests
Ask about the details of the job, request a photo or a floor plan, and give a more accurate quote the first time.
Applications
For a job, a course, an event or a programme — with a CV attachment and your own questions.
Needs assessment
Guide visitors step by step, so even a longer set of questions doesn't put them off.
Callback requests
A name, a phone number and a convenient time: that's all you need to get back to the enquirer.
Order enquiries
Product, quantity, delivery method — take orders even without a webshop.
Short surveys
A satisfaction survey or a quick questionnaire with choice fields, filled in with a few clicks.
Which fields can you use?
For every field you can set the label, the placeholder, a short hint, whether it is required, and whether it takes the full or half width — so two short fields can sit side by side.
Text fields
Short and long text, email address, phone number, number and date.
Choice fields
Dropdown, radio buttons, multiple checkboxes and a single checkbox.
File upload
Documents and images, such as a floor plan or a photo of the fault.
Hidden field
The visitor doesn't see it, but it records where the submission came from: the campaign's UTM data, the previous page or the page title.
Heading and paragraph
Structure and explanatory text inside the form. In step-by-step mode, the form splits into steps along the headings.
What makes the form smart
You only ask what really applies to each visitor — and show as much at once as is comfortable to fill in.
Conditional fields
A field appears only when an earlier answer calls for it. If the visitor is a business customer, the company name and tax number appear; as a private person they never see them. Each field can have up to five conditions, and you decide whether all of them must be met or any one is enough. A hidden field is never required and is left out of the submission.
Step-by-step filling
For a longer form, turn on steps: the form splits into steps along its headings, the visitor sees one part at a time, and a progress bar at the top shows how far along they are. The Next button only moves on once the step's required fields are filled in. In the Card, Split and Band layouts choice questions show as large cards, and an estimate of the time left (e.g. “About 2 minutes”) appears beside the progress bar.
Appearance: four layouts
At the top of the panel, Layout decides how the form is shown. Fields and settings are kept when you switch, and forms you built earlier stay Classic.
Classic
The fields straight on the page, as before. This is the only layout with the Plain, Bordered or Filled form style.
Card
The form on a raised, rounded card with larger fields. A newly inserted Form builder starts in this layout.
Split
The heading and your contact details (Settings → Contact, the hours from the footer) on a coloured panel, the form beside it. The form can sit on the right or the left; on a phone the panel is always on top.
Band
The form centred on a coloured band. A choice or dropdown field without a condition shows as a row of topic buttons above the form; its answer arrives with the rest.
Field style and colours
In every layout but Classic: Standard or Editorial fields. In the Colours group the panel and the band can be Accent, Dark or Custom, the card or form box Default, Dark, Accent or Custom.
Choice cards, step by step
With step-by-step filling, the Card, Split and Band layouts show radio buttons and checkboxes as large cards, with an “About N minutes” estimate. Classic keeps its radio buttons.

Submissions land straight in Demona. If your website is connected to Demona, every submission appears in the Form submissions module, attachments included. For each form you decide what it automatically becomes: a sales opportunity, a task, a newsletter subscriber, or simply stored. You can convert it later too, and ask for an AI summary of what the visitor wants with one click.
What else it does
It takes care of the details before and after the submission.
Notifications per form
Give each form its own notification email address; leave it empty and notifications go to the address in your contact settings.
Privacy
Ask for privacy consent, with your own text and link.
Confirmation for the visitor
If captcha is turned on for your website, the visitor can receive a confirmation email with your own wording.
Spam protection
A hidden trap and a time lock against bots, plus a captcha if you set one up (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA).
Secure files
Only allowed document and image formats can be uploaded, the file contents are checked too, up to 20 MB in total, and uploaded files are never public.
Statistics
Your website admin shows how many people viewed the form, how many submitted it, and the conversion rate over the last 30 days.
