Newsletter sign-up block

What is the Newsletter sign-up block for?

A simple signup point on your own website. Use it when you send news, tips, offers or regular updates and want a clear place where visitors can leave their email address.

You can choose from five layouts: a new block starts as Refined row, and there are also Editorial and Strip, plus the original Inline and Stacked layouts. Existing blocks keep their layout. You can also ask for a name and customise the button text, the success message and the privacy note.

Every piece of copy can be customised. You can set the heading and subheading, field placeholders, button label, success message and privacy note. If you do not need a name, simply turn the name field off.

What can you configure?

  • Layout: Refined row (Alignment: Centred / Left; Corners: Round / Square), Editorial (Title size: Large / Huge), Strip (the Envelope mark can be switched off), plus Inline and Stacked. A layout's own settings stay on the block when you switch layouts.
  • Name field: turn it on or off separately.
  • Copy: heading, subheading, field placeholders, button and success message.
  • Privacy: your own note, consent wording and privacy-policy link.
  • Appearance: adapt the block background and button colours to your site. For the Strip layout, the Colours group sets the Strip colour (accent, dark or a custom colour) and the Strip text; as the strip paints the whole block, there is no separate background colour.

When should you use another block?

If you are collecting a detailed message, phone number or project description rather than subscribers, use the Contact form block. Newsletter sign-up is intentionally short: it asks the visitor for one simple decision.

TRY IT ON YOUR OWN WEBSITE

Give visitors a simple place to subscribe.

A short form, a clear promise and your own wording are enough to keep newsletter signup from getting lost at the bottom of the page.
