Your content remains yours.
You keep the rights to content you upload to or create on your website. WEBAPIX receives only the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content as part of providing the service. Without separate permission, it is not used for independent commercial purposes or to train AI models.
You are responsible for running your own website lawfully.
As a general rule, you are responsible for the content you publish, your own legal documents, privacy and cookie settings, marketing activities and compliance with rules that apply to your industry.
Always review AI-generated content.
Demona's AI features are there to help, but the accuracy or legal suitability of generated text, images or other content is not guaranteed. Meaningful human review is required before publication.
Subscriptions and renewals may use the current price.
The service may include monthly, annual or other recurring charges as well as credit-based usage. Automatic renewal can be turned off. Credits already used and charges due for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
Consumers can withdraw within 14 days.
If you subscribe as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of paying the first subscription fee. If, at your request, the service has already started, you can still terminate within that period: you pay only a proportionate fee for the service already provided, and we refund the rest within 14 days. Automatic renewals do not start a new withdrawal period, and separate rules apply to the fee for a registered domain.
Export anything you want to keep before cancelling.
Recurring billing can be stopped, while terminating an app generally takes effect at the end of the current period. While the app remains active, you can export your content; after deletion, self-service export is no longer available.
Domains are subject to separate rules.
Availability and pricing shown during a domain search become final only when confirmed by the registrar or registry. Cloudflare is currently the primary registrar partner. Registrant details must be kept up to date, renewal pricing can change, and fees for domain registrations that have been successfully initiated or completed are generally non-refundable.
The service runs on shared infrastructure.
Normal use within the documented limits of your plan is expected. Persistently disproportionate resource usage may lead to technical limits, a higher plan or additional charges. Unless a separate SLA applies, uninterrupted and error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Serious misuse or unpaid fees can lead to suspension.
Illegal use, fraud, security risks, unauthorised access or unpaid fees may result in restrictions or suspension. For breaches that are not urgent or severe, the terms generally provide a 7–14 day period to remedy the issue.
