2. Contact form
When you contact us through the Contact page, we process the name, email address, subject and message you provide to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, follow up. The form asks you to confirm that you have read the privacy notice before submitting it.
Legal basis: depending on your request, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We retain the information for as long as needed to respond and, where applicable, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, unless the law requires a longer period.
3. Technical operation and essential cookies
To run and protect this website, we may process technical server logs such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details for security and troubleshooting purposes on the basis of our legitimate interests. Essential session and security cookies may be required for normal operation and secure form submission. These do not require optional cookie consent.
4. Analytics, ad measurement and cookie choices
Only after consent: This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM-WQ592HG9) to manage measurement tags. If you select “Accept”, configured analytics tags may load and process website usage information such as pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type. Depending on which analytics tags are active, their services may place cookies in your browser. The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
If you choose “Decline”, non-essential measurement tags will not load. Your choice may be stored locally in your browser so that you do not need to make it on every page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Ad measurement (Google Ads): Google Tag Manager and the tags it manages load only after you accept marketing cookies. In that case the Google Ads conversion tracking tag also loads: if you arrive by clicking a Google ad, Google stores a click identifier (GCLID) in a cookie, which lets us measure whether visitors from our ads continue to the trial page (demona.ai/try). The purpose is to measure the effectiveness of our ads and optimise ad spend; Google provides the results to us in aggregated form that does not identify you personally. Google Ads cookies typically remain in your browser for up to 90 days. We do not show interest-based (remarketing) ads. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Behaviour analytics (Microsoft Clarity): If you accept marketing cookies, Microsoft Clarity also loads through Google Tag Manager. It records how you use the site – for example clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, pages viewed, device and browser type – and creates heatmaps and session replays so we can see where the site is hard to use or understand. Clarity masks anything you type into form fields, so we do not record it. Clarity places cookies in your browser, which typically remain for up to 1 year. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
5. Service providers and international transfers
The following service providers act as processors in operating the website:
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg): hosting and infrastructure, with data stored in the EU (Frankfurt);
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) and its European subsidiary: content delivery (CDN), DNS, and protection of the website and forms;
- an email-delivery provider: forwarding contact form messages;
- where you consent, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Clarity).
Transfers outside the EEA: the parent companies of these providers are based in the United States, so some data may be transferred to the USA. Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare and Amazon participate in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (GDPR Art. 45). In addition, the providers' data processing terms include the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (GDPR Art. 46(2)(c)). 6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability; you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@webapix.hu to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or with the data protection authority of the EU Member State where you live or work, or seek a judicial remedy.

We update this notice if the website's processing activities or measurement tools change.
