Visitors don't write to you, they book. With the Appointment booking block, visitors choose a service, a team member and a free time on any page of your website, with no sign-up. A booking is not a message you have to answer: it goes straight into your Demona calendar.
It suits hair and beauty salons, consultants, tutors and any business where customers come at a set time.
Services, staff and working hours come from Demona. In the block you only decide which services this page offers and how the form looks. Until the Appointments module is switched on in Demona, visitors don't see the block; the editor shows you a notice, and the block stays in place. That is why this page has no live example: a test booking would take a real slot.
A few steps, all in one form. If you work at more than one location, the location comes first.
They see the services, their length and any price shown in Demona.
If several people offer the service, they can pick one or leave it to whoever is free.
The calendar only shows days and times that are really free, grouped into morning and afternoon.
They enter their details and get the booking by email, with a link to cancel.

Choose which services can be booked on this page. With none ticked, every active service appears.
When on, visitors can choose who they book with if several people offer the service. When off, the booking goes to whoever is free.

The phone field can be hidden, or made required if you usually call customers back.

Services and their length, team members and their hours, locations, days off, booking rules, confirmation and reminder emails are all managed in Demona's Appointments module. If captcha is on for your website (Settings → Integrations), it protects the booking form too.
If people aren't booking a set time, a form is simpler.
