How your customers book
The booking journey adapts to what you offer — no account needed, just a few simple steps.
Straight to the calendar
Pick a time
Based on your working hours, existing bookings and days off, the calendar only offers times that are genuinely free.
Provide a few details
Ask in advance for what you need to prepare — for example, what they'd like to discuss, or whether you'll meet online or in person.
Submit the booking
If you've chosen manual approval, the booking arrives as a request first and only becomes final once you confirm it.

Choose a service
Customers see the treatments they can book, how long each takes and any price you display. If you work at more than one location, they pick the location first.
Choose a team member
They pick who they'd like to see — or leave it to whoever is available.
Pick a day and time
The calendar only shows times when that team member is actually free, with the break between treatments built in.
Submit the booking
They enter their name and contact details, then receive an email about the booking with a link to cancel it.

Pick an arrival date
The calendar offers the days when the place is free for at least the shortest bookable stay.
Pick a departure date
Only departure dates up to which the place is free the whole time can be chosen. The next guest can arrive on the day the last one leaves.
Provide a few details
Ask, for example, how many guests are coming or when they expect to arrive.
Submit the booking
Check-in and check-out follow your settings, and the guest receives an email about the booking with a link to cancel it.

Choose an item
Customers see what's available to hire and any price you display.
Pick the first day
Pick-up is when you open on the first day. The calendar only offers days when the item is free.
Pick the last day
Return is due by closing time on the last day. A hire can run over days you're closed — a weekend, for example.
Submit the booking
They enter their details and receive an email about the booking. Nobody else can take the same item out on the booked days.

More than just a form on your website.
Available slots reflect your team's working hours, existing bookings and any exceptions you've set. When someone books, the appointment goes straight into the Demona booking system — no copying details between tools.
Your customers stay on your website the whole time: even the cancellation link in their confirmation email leads back to your site, not to a third-party booking page.
To get started, enable the team-wide appointments module, set up your services and add the Appointment booking block to your website. There's no separate booking service to embed.
Why not a separate booking app?
Some booking tools send customers to a separate website. With Demona, booking stays part of your own site.
Customers book on your site
You don't send them to someone else's booking page: they find the service, the time slot and even the cancellation link on your own website.
One subscription, everything included
Website, hosting and appointment booking in one plan, from €24.90 + VAT per month. No separate booking subscription needed.
Every booking is linked to a CRM contact
Each person who books is automatically added to your CRM or matched with an existing contact, so you don't end up with duplicate records.
No sign-up, just a few clicks
Customers don't need an account: they pick a service and a time, enter their details, and that's it.
Booking that works around your schedule
Decide what customers can book, who they can book with and when.
Services and durations
Set up each service with its own duration, buffer time, short description and optional displayed price.
Staff and working hours
Give each team member their own weekly schedule, multiple time windows and a selection of services they offer.
Multiple locations
Define where appointments take place. A team member can work at different locations on different days.
Days off and exceptions
Handle holidays, unexpected closures and extra opening hours separately from the regular schedule. Your team's non-working days and approved staff leave close the calendar automatically.
Your booking rules
Control how far ahead people can book, minimum notice, slot intervals and the online cancellation deadline.
Emails and confirmations
Choose automatic or manual confirmation, receive team notifications and set up appointment reminder emails.
Book by the day or night
Rentals are booked by the day, stays by the night — with check-in and check-out times and a minimum and maximum length.
Your own questions per service
Ask for extra details with each service: choice fields, questions that only appear when relevant, or even an address for on-site visits.
Works on multilingual sites
The booking widget works in every language of your website, and customers receive confirmation and reminder emails in English or Hungarian.
All your appointments, in one calendar
Bookings from your website and appointments added by your team appear in the same place.
Calendar and upcoming bookings
View bookings by day, week or list, and filter by team member to see what's coming up.
Add appointments manually
Got a booking over the phone? Add it in the admin area without losing track of availability.
Manage every booking
Confirm or cancel appointments, mark them completed or record a no-show.
Calendar subscription
Each team member can get their own calendar link, so their bookings also show up in Google Calendar or Outlook.
Customers in your CRM
Demona matches each booking to an existing customer or adds a new one, so a returning customer's bookings are all in one place.
Privacy built in
The booking form can ask for privacy consent, and customers' personal details are automatically anonymised two years after the appointment.
It keeps working after the booking
Calendar, SMS, reviews and statistics: the booking system doesn't stop at the confirmation.
Two-way Google Calendar sync
Events in a team member's Google Calendar block those times on your booking page, and new bookings are added to their calendar automatically.
SMS notifications and two reminders
Confirmations and reminders can also go out by SMS when the customer gives a phone number. Set up to two reminders, for example the day before and an hour before. Text messages use your credit balance.
Customers reschedule on their own
With the link in their confirmation email, customers can pick a new time up until your cancellation deadline — no phone calls needed.
Reviews after the visit
After the visit, customers get an email asking for a review. You moderate the ratings and comments.
Add-ons and packages
Offer optional extras with their own price and duration, or bundle several services into one package.
Booking statistics
Cancellation and no-show rates, revenue, average rating, breakdowns by service and team member, and a heatmap of your busiest days and hours.
Fewer manual approvals
Bookings from returning customers can be confirmed instantly, requests left undecided past their deadline are declined automatically, and you can block customers who keep not showing up.
Manage it from an AI assistant →
Check bookings, add an appointment or a day off from ChatGPT or Claude — every change takes effect only after you approve it.
Every booking is linked to a CRM contact.
Whoever books is added to your CRM automatically as a contact. If they have booked with you before, Demona recognises them by email address or phone number and doesn't create a duplicate record.
