Contact details: change your phone number, email and address

Quick answer

Change the phone number, email address, postal address and social links shown on your website under Settings → Website → Contact. There's a shortcut: add /settings#contact to your own website address (for example yourwebsite.com/settings#contact) and sign in. This is also where you choose where form messages are sent.

If your footer shows contact details too, update them separately in the Footer settings.

Where do you set your business contact details?

Enter them once so the website can reuse them. Manage your public contact information under Settings → Website → Contact: email address, phone number, address and social profiles. This is also where you choose which email address should receive notifications from contact-form submissions.

Save changes with Save contact.

Public contact details

  • Email: the address visitors see on the website. It does not have to be the same address used for form notifications.
  • Phone: international format works best, for example +44 20 1234 5678. The number is clickable on the site and can start a call on mobile.
  • Address: enter it across multiple lines as you would write it on an envelope.
  • Social links: add the platform name, such as Instagram, and the full profile URL. Include only channels you actively use.

If your phone number or address changes, check the footer too. The Contact-focused footer uses its own contact fields. They are initially populated from these website details, but later changes here do not automatically rewrite the footer. Update both places under Footer settings.

Where should form messages be delivered?

Use Send submissions to to set the email address that should receive a copy of each contact-form submission. It can be different from your public email address, for example a shared inbox used by a sales team.

If you leave it blank, Demona does not send notification emails. The messages are still saved under Settings → Content → Messages. See Manage contact form messages for details.

Send messages to Demona

If Send to Demona is enabled on a Contact form block, submissions can also appear in Demona as sales opportunities. To use this, enter the Demona contact-form API token here, copied from Demona settings. The token is hidden after saving; Demona only shows that one is configured. Leaving the field empty keeps the existing token unchanged.
