Pricing table block

What is the Pricing table block for?

A price list informs. A pricing table helps people choose. Use the Pricing table block when visitors need to compare several real plans or packages side by side. They should understand not only what each option costs, but also who it is for, how it differs and what happens after they choose.

Two or three plans are usually easy to scan, but the block can also handle four. With four columns, keep plan names, descriptions and feature lists especially short and parallel.

Prices should be real, and emphasis should be defensible. Only use a crossed-out original price when there genuinely was a previous price, and do not label a plan “Most popular” simply to push people towards a more expensive option. Highlighting helps when it reflects a real recommended choice.

What should be clear at a glance?

  • Plan name: keep names short and comparable.
  • Price and period: visitors should not have to guess how much they pay or how often.
  • Who it is for: one short sentence can help more than five extra features.
  • Main difference: make the reason to move up a plan clear.
  • Recommended plan: highlight it only when there is a real reason.
  • Button: the label should say what happens next.

Variation — four compact plans

Fictional example: with four columns, short descriptions and a small number of parallel features matter more than detail.

What can you configure in the Pricing table block?

From plan content to recommendation badges and buttons, every major decision element is editable.

Two to four plans

Two or three offers are easiest to compare, but four compact plans can work well too. Each plan has its own name, price, period and description.

Recommended plan

Give one plan stronger visual emphasis and a Most popular badge when that recommendation is genuinely justified.

Feature states

A feature can be included, not included or highlighted as a meaningful differentiator.

Original price

Optionally show a crossed-out previous price. Use it only for a real comparison.

Plan-specific button

Each plan can have its own button label and destination.

Shared button colours

Set a consistent background and text colour for all plan buttons in the block.

Variation — minimal, with no button

Fictional example: if the price is informational, you can omit buttons, highlighting, original prices and even the feature list.

Consultation

For discussing one specific question

€75

per session

Strategy workshop

For more complex collaborative planning

€225

per session

HELP PEOPLE CHOOSE

A good pricing table reduces uncertainty.

Make the price, audience, main difference and next step clear first. Visual emphasis only helps after that.
