MCP WEBSITE BUILDER

Edit your website with Claude or ChatGPT using MCP.

MCP is an open standard that connects AI assistants to external tools. Connect your Demona website to Claude, ChatGPT or another compatible assistant. Ask for changes to pages, content or SEO, then review and approve them before they go live.

One website, three ways to work.

Your website stays at the centre. Edit directly, use built-in AI, or connect an external AI assistant through MCP.

Edit directly in the admin

Manage pages, blocks, navigation, images and settings yourself from the website admin.

Use built-in AI in the admin

Get help with page structure, copy or rewriting existing content without leaving the admin.

Work from another AI through MCP

Connect the same website to the AI assistant you already use and work on the same content from there.

From one sentence to a website change.

The AI can inspect the current site first, so the change can fit what is already there.

  1. 1. Say what you want

For example: “Create a landing page for this service”, “Write an article from this topic”, or “Shorten the opening copy on the homepage.”

  2. 2. The AI checks the current site

It can read the relevant pages, blocks and settings, so new content can follow the structure you already have.

  3. 3. It prepares the actual change

That could mean a new page, a new block, rewritten copy, a menu change or several related steps prepared together.

  4. 4. You approve before anything goes live

The approval screen shows what will change. Once you approve it, the change appears on the live site — there is no separate publish step.

HUMAN CONTROL

The AI can edit. It can't publish behind your back.

Website changes happen in two separate steps: the AI prepares the change, and you approve it. The model cannot grant itself that approval.

What can Claude or ChatGPT change on your website?

Go from a tiny copy change to a completely new page in the same conversation — even when you're moving content from an older website.

Pages and blocks

Create or revise pages, news and articles; add, update or rearrange blocks, including several related changes prepared together.

Navigation

Add a page to the menu, rename an item, change the order or reshape navigation around a new site structure.

SEO and metadata

Create or update SEO titles and descriptions from the actual content of new and existing pages.

Images and media

Replace or upload images and review alt text, image titles or focal points at the same time.

How do you connect Demona to ChatGPT or Claude?

Enter Demona's MCP server address in your AI assistant's connector settings. This is not the URL of your website.

Demona MCP server URL: https://demona.mcp.webapix.com/mcp

  1. Add a new connector. In ChatGPT or Claude, open the apps, connectors or MCP server settings and choose to add a connection. Exact menu names and availability may depend on your app, plan and workspace permissions.
  2. Paste the MCP server URL above. During setup, you will be redirected to Demona's sign-in page. Sign in with your Demona account.
  3. Choose and approve access. Select the teams, data and operations you want to allow, then approve the connection. Your assistant can only access information available to your Demona account. Website edits still require separate approval in Demona before they go live.

For more details, see the Demona MCP connector guide. You can also explore website features and plans and pricing.

Website access can be controlled separately.

You don't have to grant one unlimited permission. Reading, editing and higher-impact actions can be handled as separate capabilities.

Read access

The AI can inspect the site, pages, blocks, navigation, settings and other allowed data without changing anything.

Editing access

Changes to pages, blocks, navigation, language versions, settings, redirects and website admin users require separate website-management permission. Removals still go through approval.

Public images

Uploading images into public blocks uses a separate permission because an approved image can appear on the live website immediately.

Deletion

Deleting an entire page, news item or event is a separate permission and is not granted by default when you connect.

The AI can see the structure, not just the words.

That is what makes precise editing possible on a website that already exists.

It understands block settings

Before changing a Hero, Expandable sections, Pricing table or another block, the AI can check which fields and settings that block actually supports.

It can target the exact thing you mean

You don't have to describe “the third box down”. Individual blocks can be identified and changed directly.

Internal links follow the site structure

Pages can link to each other through site references instead of fragile hard-coded URLs, so links can survive page renames.

Try asking for something like this

  • Creating the page and updating navigation can be prepared as connected steps.
