Single testimonial block

What is the Single testimonial block for?

The strongest testimonial describes a specific experience. The best quote is not the loudest praise; it tells visitors what the situation was, what changed or what was particularly valuable about working together.

Use only real, approved quotes. Do not write a testimonial on a customer's behalf, and do not rewrite it into a stronger claim than they actually made. The live examples below are therefore layout demonstrations, not genuine endorsements.

Three common layouts

  • Centred: when the quote itself should lead.
  • Split (photo left): when the person or visual context also matters.
  • Quote only: for a very short, strong statement.

This is an illustrative layout example. On a live site, use only a real, approved customer quote here.

Documentation example

not a real customer testimonial

The split layout is useful when you want to give the source of the quote some visual context too.

“A short quote does not always need a portrait or logo. In Quote only layout, the sentence itself takes centre stage.”

What can you configure in the Single testimonial block?

Alongside the quote, you decide how much visual context to give its source.

Quote

The required core content. Keep it verbatim, approved and specific.

Name and role

Identify the source with a name plus a short role or company context.

Three layouts

Choose Centred, Split (photo left) or Quote only depending on how much visual weight the testimonial should have.

Portrait →

Optional photo with ALT and TITLE text plus a focal point. Especially useful in Split layout.

Company logo

Optional brand mark below the quote, shown as a decorative supporting element.

Background and width →

Use section background and width controls to turn the quote into a distinct trust section.

REAL PERSON, REAL WORDS

A good testimonial is not louder. It is more credible.

A specific, approved quote with a clear source is worth more than generic praise.
